I absolutely love my home here! This park gave me the chance to have a standalone unit without the stress of overpriced, outdated apartments. The neighbors are friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful — moving in was a breeze. Nancy is wonderful: professional, personable, and warm, and she made the whole process so easy. Raul, the maintenance guy, has been amazing and always quick to help with anything I’ve needed. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and peaceful, and I feel truly happy living here. I can’t say enough good things about Heavenly Valley Estates. The location is excellent. Four minutes to Heavenly mountain, 7 Minutes to great nightlife and many restaurants. The staff is fantastic. Couldn’t ask for better.

I have been doing a bit of leg work for housing recently and after walking into the office of Heavenly Estates I received a very warm welcome from Carolina, the office manager. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Walked the property and also received positive feedback from a couple of residents who happen to be outside. The community as a whole is welcoming. I can’t say enough great things about this mobile home park, especially the incredible property manager, Carolina! From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. The park itself is clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, but what truly sets it apart is Carolina’s warm and professional management. She’s incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions or lend a hand, and she genuinely cares about the residents. Whether it’s helping with move-in logistics, making sure the grounds are spotless, or organizing community events, Carolina handles everything with kindness and efficiency. Her positive attitude and attention to detail create such a comforting, friendly atmosphere—this place really feels like home thanks to her. I lived here for about a year now, the park has made some great improvements! The manager on site Carolina really cares and engages with residents. Great place to live with very friendly residents as well!
